Ideal for CrossFit athletes looking for a dedicated lifting program to supplement their current program or individuals with some weightlifting experience that want to explore competing in the sport of weightlifting, but need individualized programming due to previous injuries or specific training goals. The program consist of 60-90 minutes of work

  • Individualized 3 Day programming w/ accessories

  • Goal setting meeting before and after the completion of each program

  • Weekly check-ins with your coach

  • Coaching at Local meets depending on travel requirements

Ideal for the weightlifting athlete that wants to make training for and competing in the sport of weightlifting a priority, and wants training individualized to their goals and needs but can't train at our physical location.  The program generally consist of 60-90 minutes of work, but could occasionally run longer
