Sport Performance Training

Tuesday & Thursday - 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Who is this for?

This program is for athletes ranging from 10-18 years old that are interested in improving their speed, strength, and power for sports. 

About the program:

Athletes will have two training days programmed per week. Training sessions will incorporate some sprinting and/or change of direction work, jumping, and a heavy focus on strength training. The strength training will include learning different variations of the Olympic lifts and focus on developing the athlete's ability to squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, and brace using a variety of implements ranging from bodyweight to barbells. Currently, athletes are not stuck to a single class time and are allowed to attend whichever class fits their schedule, however this may change in the future as training space is limited. The Monday and Tuesday sessions are identical, and the Wednesday and Thursday sessions are identical, so it is best to attend one of each when possible.*
